Con ello, se consolidan varios derechos clave que benefician a millones de trabajadores en Colombia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Estabilidad como eje central<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los pilares fundamentales de la reforma es limitar los contratos temporales. Ahora, los empleadores solo podr\u00e1n usar contratos a t\u00e9rmino fijo por un m\u00e1ximo de cuatro a\u00f1os, incentivando la vinculaci\u00f3n indefinida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recargos desde las 7:00 p.m.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La jornada nocturna ya no comenzar\u00e1 a las 9:00 de la noche, sino a las 7:00 p.m., lo cual obligar\u00e1 a pagar recargos adicionales por ese horario y mejorar\u00e1 las condiciones de miles de trabajadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Doble pago por festivos y dominicales<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los art\u00edculos m\u00e1s esperados establece un recargo del 100\u202f% por trabajar domingos y d\u00edas festivos. Este beneficio se implementar\u00e1 de manera gradual hasta consolidarse completamente en 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Los aprendices del SENA ser\u00e1n reconocidos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La nueva ley le da un vuelco a la formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica. Desde ahora, los aprendices del SENA ser\u00e1n considerados trabajadores formales, con derecho a salario, afiliaci\u00f3n y seguridad social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Derechos para trabajadores de plataformas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Repartidores y conductores vinculados a plataformas digitales como Rappi o Uber estar\u00e1n cobijados por la ley laboral. Tendr\u00e1n acceso a salud, pensi\u00f3n y condiciones dignas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inclusi\u00f3n obligatoria en grandes empresas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Las compa\u00f1\u00edas con m\u00e1s de 100 empleados deber\u00e1n contratar al menos una persona con discapacidad. La medida busca promover una fuerza laboral m\u00e1s inclusiva y equitativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Licencias extendidas para el cuidado<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La reforma ampl\u00eda los permisos para el cuidado de hijos, personas mayores y personas con discapacidad. Se fortalece as\u00ed la corresponsabilidad familiar y el bienestar del trabajador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fortalecimiento de los sindicatos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La negociaci\u00f3n colectiva y la protecci\u00f3n a la actividad sindical tendr\u00e1n m\u00e1s respaldo legal. Se busca evitar represalias contra los trabajadores organizados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aplicaci\u00f3n gradual, impacto sostenido<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque la ley ya fue firmada, su aplicaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 progresiva. Algunas medidas, como los recargos nocturnos, empezar\u00e1n a aplicarse desde enero de 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apoyo a las micro y peque\u00f1as empresas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El Gobierno anunci\u00f3 acompa\u00f1amiento para peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas con l\u00edneas de cr\u00e9dito, asesor\u00eda legal y capacitaci\u00f3n para implementar la reforma sin afectar su operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Formalizaci\u00f3n del trabajo informal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La reforma incluye estrategias para vincular al sistema a millones de trabajadores informales. El objetivo es garantizar acceso progresivo a derechos b\u00e1sicos como salud y pensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Protecci\u00f3n para mujeres embarazadas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Las trabajadoras en estado de embarazo estar\u00e1n m\u00e1s protegidas. La ley refuerza la estabilidad laboral durante la gestaci\u00f3n y ampl\u00eda beneficios durante la lactancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Est\u00edmulo al primer empleo juvenil<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La nueva legislaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n promueve la contrataci\u00f3n de j\u00f3venes menores de 28 a\u00f1os, ofreciendo incentivos a las empresas para facilitar el acceso al primer empleo formal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Justicia laboral como pol\u00edtica de Estado<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La reforma reafirma el principio de trabajo digno como un derecho, no como un privilegio. Se busca equilibrio en las relaciones entre empleadores y empleados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La consulta popular ya no ser\u00e1 necesaria<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la firma de esta ley, el Gobierno descarta la realizaci\u00f3n de la consulta popular anunciada semanas atr\u00e1s.
